Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • The consumer shall bear the shipping costs if they wish to exchange a product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for the full shipping costs and for delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
  • The consumer must return the product in its original condition and packaging.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was manufactured upon the consumer’s request or according to specifications provided by the consumer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
  2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or any similar printed material.
  4. If the defect in the product resulted from misuse or improper handling by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves services such as accommodation, transportation, or catering.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software products.
