Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Wusol® store (wusol-sa.com) and your orders from it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

1) Definitions

  • The store: Wusol® and all its online channels.
  • The customer: anyone who uses the store to buy its products or services.
  • Approved specification: the text, material, design and size the customer confirms before production.

2) Eligibility

The customer confirms that they are 18 or older and legally able to make the purchase.

3) Products and services

  • We make national address signs, house numbers, name signs and phrase signs to order, in iron, acrylic and steel, with the specifications shown on each product page.
  • Before production we contact the customer to confirm the text and every detail, and production starts after this confirmation.
  • Installation is available in Riyadh only; to other cities we ship the sign with its mounting screws.

4) Prices and payment

  • The final price, including any material or installation add-on and the shipping fee, is shown before you confirm the order.
  • The available payment methods appear on the checkout page, such as mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, STC Pay and bank transfer.
  • Confirming an order commits you to pay, and you receive an electronic invoice once the purchase is complete.

5) Exchanges, returns and delays

The Return and Exchange Policy applies, including:

  • Made-to-order signs cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive defective or different from the approved specification.
  • If delivery is more than 15 days late from the agreed date, the customer may cancel the order and get a full refund, except in cases of force majeure.

6) Accounts

  • The customer is responsible for keeping their account and password confidential, and for the accuracy of the details they enter.
  • If the customer notices any unauthorised use of their account, they must tell us right away.
  • The store may suspend an account if incorrect details are provided or the store is misused.

7) Acceptable use

The customer agrees to use the store lawfully and not to order any text or design that breaks the law, public morals or the rights of others. The store may decline any such order and refund the customer in full.

8) Electronic communication

Our messages to the customer about their order by WhatsApp, email or text message are an official means of communication, and electronic notices carry the same weight as written documents. Marketing messages are sent only with the customer's consent, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

9) Intellectual property

The Wusol® trademark and all store content, including photos, designs and text, belong to the store and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10) Liability

  • We commit to delivering products that are sound and match the approved specification.
  • The store is not liable for damage caused by misuse or by installation not carried out by our team.

11) Changes to these terms

Any change to these terms is published on this page with its date, and does not apply to orders placed before it.

12) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Arabic version prevails in their interpretation.
