Terms of Use – Introduction:

- (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions stated herein, governing the relationship between the parties of this agreement.
Article 2 – Consumer Legal Eligibility:
- The consumer affirms that they possess full legal capacity to interact with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
- The consumer agrees that if they violate this clause, they shall bear the consequences of such violation towards third parties.
Article 3 – Nature of Obligation:
- The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product.
- The store may provide additional services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service requested.
Article 4 – Usage Regulations:
- The consumer is obligated to use the store's platform in a manner consistent with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- When purchasing a product or service, the consumer must not use it in any way that violates public morals or the laws of Saudi Arabia.
Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying for membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and password. You agree to:
- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
- The store is not liable for any direct or indirect losses due to account or password disclosure.
- You agree to use your account personally, and any third-party use is presumed to be authorized by you.
- Use the store seriously and honestly.
- Provide accurate, truthful, updated, and lawful information upon registration and update it as needed.
- The store is committed to handling your personal and contact information with strict confidentiality.
- If false or unlawful information is provided, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your account without prejudice to its rights.

Article 7 – Amendments and Fees:
- If any clause becomes void or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.
- This agreement, which may be updated as needed, governs the understanding between the consumer and the store.
- The store may charge fees based on the requested products/services or applicable governmental fees/taxes.
- The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or waive fees in accordance with this agreement’s terms.
Article 8 – Payment and Billing Services:
- The store provides payment services through its partners via online payment methods or any other means it deems appropriate.
- The store must determine prices based on common market value.
- The store is required to issue invoices, receipts, and transaction documents and provide them to consumers.
- The store must comply with standard accounting practices in line with this agreement and relevant legal, commercial, and regulatory interests.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property:
- All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether established before or after the creation of the platform.
- The consumer must respect the store’s intellectual property, including its name, trademarks, symbols, and all content owned or displayed on the platform.
Article 10 – Store Liability:
- The store commits to operating legally and in compliance with Saudi regulations and this agreement.
- The store is not liable for any claims resulting from errors, negligence, or third-party actions such as shipping companies.
- The store ensures that its products/services are lawful, authorized, and intended for legitimate purposes.
Article 11 – Account or Access Restrictions:
The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s account or restrict their access to the platform at any time, without notice and for any reason.
Article 12 – Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by and interpreted according to the applicable laws, regulations, and legal provisions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article 13 – General Provisions:
If any clause of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect until further notice from the store.
This agreement – which may be amended from time to time – governs the relationship between the consumer and the store. Both parties agree on the following:
- Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement or translating it.
- Prices for services or products may be updated from time to time.
- Promotional or marketing offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled at any time.
- Both parties shall interact in a manner consistent with Islamic law and Saudi regulations.
- This agreement can only be terminated by a decision from the store’s management.
